Peter James is an experienced runner

Runnng is the King Having competed in numerous running events up and down the country, Peter knows the tremendous cardiovascular benefit this single exercise produces as well as being a great stress reducer. He has trained people from 100 metres to the marathon - all have achieved their goals and say running complements their fitness programme.

Uses every component of fitness for all-round conditioning, great for variety. You will find your weaknesses you can build on and build on the strengths you already have. Peter also can be seen teaching Circuit Traning and Running Classes in and and around North London Parks, including Hamsptead Heath, Parliament Hill and Regents Park
