Peter James is a personal trainer and the vision behind Square Arena Fitness

Peter James has taught at various Health clubs in and around London. He is trained in all round body conditioning from the USA, Europe and North Africa and espically along the mediterranean coast which is steeped in ancient History which is something that facinates him. He brings a wealth of knowledge and experience with many years in the fitness industry - teaching personalised programmes and classes to people of all ages (5 - 80).

Uses every component of fitness for all-round conditioning, great for variety. You will find your weaknesses you can build on and build on the strengths you already have. Peter also can be seen teaching Circuit Traning and Running Classes in and and around North London Parks, including Hamsptead Heath, Parliament Hill and Regents Park
