James is a personal trainer and the vision behind Square
Arena Fitness
Peter James has taught at various Health clubs in and
around London. He is trained in all round body conditioning from the USA,
Europe and North Africa and espically along the mediterranean coast which
is steeped in ancient History which is something that facinates him. He
brings a wealth of knowledge and experience with many years in the fitness
industry - teaching personalised programmes and classes to people of all
ages (5 - 80).
Peter is an all round fitness coach with qualifications ranging from table
tennis and badminton to boxing and martial arts as well as weight training,
cycling and spinning. He teaches bootcamp style classes at the Springhealth
leisure club in Belsize park and at various London parks including Alexandra
Park, Primrose Hill and Regents Park running track all throughout summer
- all ages and levels welcome
